Purpose:
Applicable to the general structure, mechanical structure and car structure.
  The main production steel grades:

Automotive and mechanical structure pipe is one kind of seamless steel pipe for general structure and mechanical structure. Structural pipe standard is applicable to seamless steel pipe for general structure and mechanical structure, and fluid seamless steel pipe standard is applicable to general seamless steel pipe for conveying fluid. The main difference between fluid seamless steel pipe and structural seamless steel pipe is that the fluid seamless steel pipe carry out hydraulic test or ultrasonic, eddy current and magnetic flux leakage inspection piece by piece. Therefore, in the pressure piping standards, it is not suitable to use fluid seamless steel pipe. Seamless steel structure pipe is mainly used in mechanical processing, coal mine, hydraulic purpose, etc.

Pressure=(wall thickness*2*steel pipe material tensile strength)/(out diameter * coefficient)
1.The pressure coefficient of steel pipe is express as follows:
1)When pressure < 7MPa, the coefficient=8;
2)When 7MPa<pressure < 17.5MPa, the coefficient=6;
3)When pressure > 17.5MPa, the coefficient=4;
2.Derived formula:
wall thickness =(Pressure * out diameter* coefficient) / (2*steel pipe material tensile strength)

1Is there any discount shall we place the order in large quantity?
We can give a discount of 5-10USD/Ton for an order above 150tons based on our quoted best rate.
2What is your company packing style like for goods?
The steel pipe, plate, and bars plate products usually will be bare. And we will do anti-rust oil, black painting, plastic clothes packing as per client request. The pipe fitting and pipe rings products will be loaded in the wood crate (no need for fumigation) or pallet.
3Does your company accept third party inspection?
The answer is yes. Especially for new client, they have concern on product quality and quantity, so they authorized the third party inspection like SGS and BV several times to inspect the goods in stead of them, and we coordinated with their work well.
